As a citizen of India I would request you to kindly provide the following information under the RTI Act, 2005.
Since the issuance of "Notification of Final Delhi Maintenance and Management of Parking Places Rules, 2019", in the Block C of Lajpat Nagar 1, Central Zone jurisdiction of SDMC,
1. Please share copy of official communication for demarcation of the parking space in residential areas. In case this activity is not yet complete, please share the planned completion date.
2. In cognizance of public safety, please share copy of official communication for demarcation of the footpath and lane for unhindered movement of emergency vehicles in residential areas. In case this activity is not yet complete, please share the planned completion date.
3. With reference to the "Notification of Final Delhi Maintenance and Management of Parking Places Rules, 2019" , please share the copy of audits/inspection check-ups carried out over the past one year to ensure that the earmarked green areas, parks, footpaths have been kept parking and encroachment-free.
4. With reference to the "Notification of Final Delhi Maintenance and Management of Parking Places Rules, 2019" , please share the copy of audits/inspection check-ups carried out over the past one year to ensure that on-street parking is not carried out at least up to 25 metres from intersections on each arm of a road.
In case the information is held by or related to another public authority, the application or such part of it as may be appropriate may be transferred to that other public authority under intimation to the undersigned as per Section 6(3) of RTI Act.
