B) is NIC following DOPT rules for sanctioning lean period to the candidate after technical resignation?
C) if question (b) answer is no, then, can NIC organization violate the DOPT rules without providing the lean to candidate? Please provide the procedural guidelines to frame the NIC's own rules.
D) how many other job application can be sent in through proper channel per year in NIC. Please provide terms and conditions.
E) please provide the guidelines w.r.t taking undertaking while applying(or issuing the NOC) to the outer new government job.
