Kindly refer to the news titled "construction banned in NCR till Dec 26 as pollution rises" published in the Hindustan Times dated 25.12.2018.
Construction/major repair works are continued to be carried out by M/s Chintels India Limited in its project Chintels Paradiso, Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana despite the ban thereby violating Hon'ble Supreme Court orders. On earlier occasion also, when ban was imposed, construction/major repair works were carried in Chintels Paradiso.
In this connection, kindly provide the following information under RTI Act, 2005:
1. Name and designation of the officer/official responsible to stop the construction/repair activity in Chintels Paradiso, Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana but failed to do so.
2. Name and designation of the officer/official accountable for the construction/repair activity carried in Chintels Paradiso, Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana during the ban period thereby adding to the already alarming pollution levels.
3. Action taken against the persons responsible and accountable who failed to stop the construction/repair activity during the ban period.
4. Action taken against M/s Chintels India Limited for carrying out construction/major repairs during the ban period.
5. CCTV footages of 24.12.2018, 25.12.2018 and 26.12. 2018 (8 AM to 8 PM) of the entire society i.e. Chintels Paradiso (covering all the towers, both external and internal areas as well as basement).
