With reference to the above it is understood that report of Committee of Manpower Rationalisation in O.F organisation was forwarded by OFB to MOD in this regard it is requested to furnish the following documents available with Ministry of Defence

1) Report of the Committee for Manpower rationalisation in O.F organisation

2) The details/documents submitted by OFB for the Manpower rationalisation regarding functional requirement / work load based on which MoD approved the Manpower rationalisation

3) The copy of DIR IR IS Note No.800/Manpower Rationalisation/Per/I dated 25 01.2016 and 17.05.2016

4) The enclosures of the letter DIR IR I S Note No.800/Manpower Rationalisation/Per/I dated 25 01.2016 which was forwarded by OFB to MOD
