The PIO has informed me that Kannur University has not finalized the list of position (rank) holders of B Tech Civil & Mechanical yet (2017 pass out batch).
As per the uploads on Examination Branch portal of Kannur university, you have already published PROVISIONAL list of B-TECH RANK HOLDERS - APRIL 2017.
The list with 4 students from each department is available in Kannur University Examination website with the following url

Please provide the requested information based on the provisional list of position (rank) holders of B Tech Civil & Mechanical Engineering (2017 pass out Batch).

I post this first appeal because the PIO has denied access to the requested information with silly excuses.
I have just asked the information regarding first 20 rank(position) holders.
They have published a list containing only 4 students in December 2017 itself.
So,they have the data in provisional list.
I post this first appeal to obtain the information based on provisional list.
