M/s Chintels India Limited is carrying out external as well as internal major repairs in the society, namely, Chintels Paradiso, Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana for the past around 6 months.

In this connection, kindly provide the following information under RTI Act, 2005:

1. Reasons for development of huge cracks in the newly constructed buildings/towers of Chintels Paradiso, Sector 109, Gurugram, Haryana thereby putting lives & properties of residents at risk.

2. Action taken against M/s Chintels for using ground water for construction of Chintels Paradiso.
