Name, designation, date of joining, place of posting, transfer details, etc. with respect to secretarial staff (both executives and non-executives posted at CHQ) is a very basic information of any HR department and is extremely vital for effectively implementing the job rotation policy and free & fair transfers and even promotions.
Appellate Authority is requested to direct PIO to provide information on all the points in whichever form it is available.
