Provide copies of rules wherein a person is exempted from paying maintenance amount to parents during the period he receives no income (zero/NIL income) due to unauthorized absence/no work no pay.

Also provide copy of rules wherein a person is required to pay maintenance amount to both his wife as well as parents at the same time (or he has an option to choose anyone due to limited income).
