TIMELY ACTION BY THE AUTHORITIES COULD HAVE AVERTED THE INCIDENT AND LIVES BE SAVED

1. Furnish copies of all records, documents, information (including file notings) pertaining to action taken against the builder/developer M/s Chintels India Limited for illegal extraction of ground water and using the same for construction purposes against the approvals of the Board/Authority and also in violation of the Hon'ble High Court directions (refer letter/show cause notice No.JE (VA)/LC-1304/14961 dated 14.08.2012 issued to M/s Chintels India Limited by DTP).

2. Furnish copies of all records, documents, information (including file notings) pertaining to action taken against the builder/developer M/s Chintels India Limited for not submitting compliance of NGT directions (refer list of non-complying construction projects as on 01.01.2016 as available on the website of HSPCB).
