If not, please provide the details about common website for public grievances in Telangana.
If there is no such website, please provide the reasons for not developing such website.
2. Many departments like all state ministries, HMDA are not there in prajavani, please provide the reasons for not including these departments.
3. Please provide the details about method of transferring request from one department to another, if the public raised grievance to incorrect department.
Many of public requests are cancelled with the reason that they are not concerned to their department. They have not forwarded their request to the concerned department.
