Section 42 (4) of AAI Act, 1994 mentions that, "No regulation made by the Authority under this section shall have effect until it has been approved by the Central Government and published in the Official Gazette".

In this connection, it is requested to kindly provide the following information under RTI Act, 2005:

1. Whether AAI HR Manual is approved by Central Government and published in the official gazette.

2. If no, whether the same is valid. 

3. Copy/web link of AAI HR Manual.
