2) What is the production capacity of WAP.
3) Number of Wheel and Axle machined inhouse and outsourced to contractors for rough machining for FY 2016-17 & 2017-18
4) Name, address, CIN No., monthly breakup of wheel and axles machined by these contractors for last 5 years. Along with breakup of the different profile of wheel machined by each party month-wise for last 10 years .
5) Rate of machining for wheel and axle paid for last 10 years
6) Detail of tenders floated to attract bids for machining for last 12 years. Details to include tendered quantity, rates finalized, tender date, bids from vendors along with names, period in terms of days to finalise the bids. IF there is a deviation between tendered quantity and actual supply in any year please give a reason for the same.
7) What is the contractor selection process for such kind of job. What are the pre-requisites. And how can a new contractor apply to enlist to take up the contract job. How long does the trial period go on for a new contractor before allowed to participate in regular contract or given the full quota of wheel to machine.
8) How does the plant determine and ensure fair distribution of job work among all its contractors.
9) Is there a limit to the number of contractors who can enlist themselves for such job.
10) Is there a possibility in next 5 years that the outsourcing contract may not be available, and all the machining be done inside the plant.

12) Does DSP procure the scrap generated from wheel and axles directly from the contractor. If yes what has been the average procurement size and rates given.
