3. What was MP fund and MLA fund 'utilized' every year between 2008 and 2019 for each of these vidhan sabha constituencies.
4. Who was the respective MP or MLA who utilized these funds mentioned in point 3 ?
5. What are the details of the projects on which the fund were utilized as mentioned in point 3 ?
6. What were the other sources of fund for these constituencies every year between 2008 and 2019, how much was the fund and what projects were they utilised on ?
7. Also specify which projects were marked complete and which projects are still in progress, with the projects mentioned in above points for which funds were utilized.
Based on queries above the reply should be for each of the West Delhi Lok sabha constituency and for each of it's vidhan sabha constituencies for each year per MP/MLA
