NCRB is not furnishing information/copies of records/APRs in respect of sub-inspectors posted in CFPB (NCRB), especially Mr. Jatin Sharma and his wife Ms. Abhilasha who are alleged to have assets disproportionate to income.
As per Hon'ble Supreme Court, copies of APRs filed by public officials are to be placed in public domain.
1. Kindly furnish copy of permission granted to the above two public officials/sub-inspectors for purchase of immovable asset i.e. apartment in Gurugram as per rules.
2. Furnish link where copies of APRs filed by above two sub-inspectors can be viewed as per directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court.
