Kindly arrange to furnish me the /authentic and comprehensive information on the following matters under RTI Act 2005.

1. Tata Memorial Centre is the autonomous body of Department Of Atomic Energy.Mumbai. Give the date of vacant post of  "Deputy nursing Superintendent" will be fulfilled by Tata       

    Memorial Hospital.Parel, Mumbai.12.

2. Give the date for publishing the advertisement for the post of "Deputy Nursing Superintendent"

3. In advertisement the norms for fulfilling the post of  "junior legal officer "is decided by selection committee after deciding the candidate who is relative of senior management team 

    to be employed. Yes or No.

3. Please furnish copy of minutes of meeting held to decide the noms for the post of "Junior legal officer".

4.Please furnish the copy of minutes of meeting for re employing present "Deputy Nursing Superintendent"

5. Furnish me a copy of guidelines//policy framed in TMC/TMH for re-employment of TMC/TMH administrative staff members ( Including Nursing) post retirement// resignation.

6. Furnish me the copy of list of re-employed staff members in administrative capacity ofTMC/TMH in the last five years along with their monthly remunerations/compensations

7. A copy of policy/guidelines the facilities have been offered to those ex-employees of TMC/TMH, those are re-employed.

8. As per the policy/guidelines what tenure of re-employment is offered at a time and Is it reconsidered for further extension and This re employment affects direct/deputation 

    appointment i.e. to say whether these appointments are made against vacant/regular vacancy.

9. A copy of administrative Power given to such re employed Nursing administrative Staff member. 

10. Junior or leave vacancy nursing staff resign or retired or doing training in the institute  the duty of that  nursing staff is share among the others departmental staff until that post is 

     fulfilled, The same rule is not applicable for senior nursing staff member. Yes or No.

11. Yearly amount in figures from salary of junior nursing staff members saved by Tata Memorial Hospital by re designating such junior staff member for higher post 

      without giving increment in the salary of that junior staff member.

12. Give the date when promotion norms, recruitment policy of Tata Memorial Centre will be available in their official web site.

13. Give the date and time for down loading APAR grading awarded to employees in their portal of Tata Memorial Hospital.Parel. Mumbai 12.
