Airports Authority of India, a PSU, while taking action against it's employees has quoted DoPT rules & regulations (which otherwise are not applicable on AAI as it has its own conduct rules & regulations).
1. Since central government rules are used against PSU employee, can the said AAI/PSU employee file petition before Central Administrative Tribunal for relief and justice. Please provide relevant rules in this regard.
2. It is understood that in the past CAT has allowed petitions from PSU employees. Please provide details.
