2. Certified photocopies of records of the registrars on deputation claiming false credentials or positions in order to apply for a permanent central government or state government position to date.
3. Certified photocopies of letters, emails, cover letters, and other correspondence between the Directors of health institutes and the competent authorities of other institutes regarding registrars on deputation applications for positions based on false credentials or positions.
4. Certified photocopies of the composition of the committee(s) and their remarks or recommendations made in the course of investigating incidents of the registrars on deputation applying for permanent positions based on false credentials or positions to date.
5. Certified photocopies of records pertaining to actions taken by the competent authority in response to recommendations made by the committee(s) established to investigate incidents of registrars on deputation applying for positions based on false credentials or positions.
