Dear YouRTI team,

The reference code of initial RTI request is 64DX2GA9. The information received for the query is confusing. The Director said that "The information does not pertain to Gati Shakti (CIVIL)-III. However all the items of the RTI is already with concerned CPIO for furnishing reply directly to you. Hence, RTI on account of  CPIO/Director/Gati Shakti (CIVIL)-III, Railway board is hereby closed". Do we need to file new RTI in this situation? If yes there is no mention of Department to whom we shall address my RTI to. What shall we do in this case? Shall we file a appeal? Please guide.
