As per directions of Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court and State Information Commission (SIC), Apartment Owners Association (AOA)/RWA of every society has to appoint PIO and Appellate Authority.
However, the AOA of the society, namely, AVL36Gurgaon, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana (Reg. No.12481) has neither appointed PIO nor Appellate Authority till date.
1. Please intimate action taken against the office bearers of AOA for non-compliance of SIC instructions and contempt of Hon'ble High Court directions.
2. Please intimate action taken against O/o District Registrar Haryana for failing to ensure compliance of court directions and orders of SIC.
