It is given to understand that the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) of affordable housing project, namely, AVL 36 society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana is allowing merging of two flats (1BHK and 2BHK) into one (which is against the provisions of affordable housing policy) by accepting undue favours from residents leading to corruption.
Another reason is that near relatives of AOA office bearers are into construction business and such alterations (i.e. merging of apartments against rules/law) are being got executed through such relatives.
1. Kindly intimate total number of such apartments which have been merged (against rules & provisions).
2. Kindly provide copy of inspection report (including surprise inspections carried out, if any).
3. Action taken against AOA office bearers may be intimated under the relevant provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act.
4. Please provide email IDs of Chairman/MD/CEO of M/s AVL Infrastructures Ltd.
5. Please intimate whether such alterations/mergers are within the notice/knowledge of Chairman/MD/CEO of M/s AVL Infrastructures Ltd.
