Please give copy of resolutions passed in gramasabha and agenda meeting of Grampanchayat from June 2017 to 30th Jan 2019.
1.Provide the details of funds collected through property tax for the years 2016-17,2017-18 and 2018-19 till date and TD transfer of funds from property registration for 2016-17,2017-18 and 2018-19.
2.Please share copy of notices issued to builders/building under constructions for the violations of setback and number of floors violations and encroachment of footpath during 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19.
3. Please share copy of letters written from Gram panchayat to DPO,Collector or electricity department,HMDA for taking action on those violations of setbacks and Building floor Violations.
4. Is any action taken on encroached park by Scholars Academy at Road No:4 and Sarpanch raised any objection for the same in the meetings or any letters/documents/maps pertaining to the park land is available in Gram panchayat office. Please share copy of those communication and maps.
5. Please share audited account statement of Neknampur Grampanchayat for 2016-17 and 2017-18 Financial year
6. Please share fund availability status as on 30th Jan 2019 in General GP funds and central Govt sanctioned funds.
