As per news/reports, multiple complaints are pending before DC Gurugram and District Registrar against AVL36Gurgaon Apartment Owners Association (AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana) with regard to misappropriation of funds by the AOA/builder.
1. Provide furnished documentary proof to the effect that the above aspect was taken into consideration by the CA who audited the accounts of the society.
2. Provide the intimate action taken by the O/o District Registrar to annul the audit report in respect of above society which are based on incomplete details as well as forged & fabricated documents/vouchers.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
