1. Provide the number of functioning government Plasma Banks in the City, along with their names and address.
2. Provide whether the above banks take voluntary plasma donation on current date.
3. Provide whether any monetary compensation is provided by each bank to people who voluntary donate plasma.
4. Provide copy of latest procedure/instructions for voluntary plasma donation of each plasma bank. This includes eligibility, times and days of donation and other information as relevant.
Information may be ordinarily provided in ENGLISH ONLY within 30days of receipt of this request. If not under your jurisdiction, request may be forwarded to necessary office within 5 days of receipt as per Section 6(3) of the RTI Act.
