CONTENTS OF THIS RTI MAY BE BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF DC, GURUGRAM.
The office bearers of AVL36Gurgaon Apartment Owners Association (AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana), namely, President, General Secretary as well as Estates Manager ask residents/members to seek prior appointment to meet them (and neither entertain without appointment nor reply to written communications).
In this regard, kindly furnish the following information so as to enable the residents to know where the office bearers (who are public officials) are occupied:
1. Daily schedule/program of President, AVL36Gurgaon Apartment Owners Association, of last 30 days.
2. Daily schedule/program of General Secretary, AVL36Gurgaon Apartment Owners Association, of last 30 days.
3. Daily schedule/program of Estates Manager, AVL36Gurgaon Apartment Owners Association, of last 30 days.
4. Procedure to seek appointment to meet the above office bearers.
5. Name and contact details of the person who will give appointment.
If the above information is not available with DC office, the RTI may be transferred to the PIO of District Registrar office and/or PIO of AVL36Gurgaon Apartment Owners Association (AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana) under section 6 (3) of the RTI Act, 2005.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
