As per provisions of Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012, members of the society can inspect audited accounts of the society as well as register of members.
However, Apartment Owners Association (AOA) namely AVL36Gurgaon (Reg. No.12481) AVL 36, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana is neither allowing it's members to inspect audited accounts nor register of members without assigning any valid reason in writing.
Kindly provide following information:
1. Action taken against office bearers of above AOA for not complying with the provisions of Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012.
2. Action taken against office bearers of above AOA for refusing inspection of records as per the provisions of Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012.
3. Copy of explanation sought from above AOA with regard to above.
4. Copy of report of inquiry/investigation conducted to find out irregularities/malpractices in the accounts/records.
5. Copy of documentary evidence/report of inquiry/investigation to find out the role of District Registrar office in the financial irregularities/malpractices of societies.
