I wish to know the number of hours in excess of the 48 hours a week rule that the Junior residents and senior residents are working for the last 6 months in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in GMCH 32 chandigarh
1.Total number of hours which are being worked by Junior resident and senior resident doctors per week and per month.
2. Provide information on the additional remuneration that is being paid for the extra hours worked by the above staff.
3. If no additional amount is paid, please intimate whether compensatory leaves are sanctioned in proportion to additional/extra hours worked by Junior resident and senior resident doctors.
4. Please intimate whether the above doctors are working on Sundays and government holidays.
5. Also inform whether the doctors are proportionately compensated for their working on holidays and Sundays.
6.Please intimate about the leaves that the doctors are entitled for, in an year.
7.Also inform about the number of hours of duty that the doctors have to perform in a continuous manner.
