I Pradeep Kumar Padhy a govt servant bought a flat from NBCC INDIA LTD at Gurgaon which after 3 years only cracks appeared  When we residents complained NBCC with Dy Commissioner of Gurgaon served notices to vacate forcibly on last March 2022 pleading that the flats are dangerous to live in and we cannot take risk so you have to vacate it within 15 days of the notice list police force will be used against all residents . 

    Now I had to vacate it without even getting any alternative accommodation and was at my wits end. Someone advised me to file a complaint with HRERA which is fully online. When I tried to file it, I found it was not fully online like in other courts . Only complain number comes online but complaint has to be written separately and to be deposited by hand installing the complaint in a CD too or by Post at its HRERA  New PWD Rest House Gurgaon Haryana 122001 office I went to office many times and then preferred to send it by sopeed post .     On tracking speed post It states that the speed post is received by HRERA office on 24th of May 2023 but  on HRERA Website states opposite that is it has not received it yet . No helpline is working to answer it . With difficulty I connected to an assistant for website but he declined to answer me advising me to contact helplines which are out of order . So regarding this I want to know few things how website of its Rera works and the status of my application sent by post . My application No is RERA-GRG-2190-2023 . 

Please answer the following questions to help know the public how HRERA office accepts complaints if sent by post as per RTI Act 2005 

Q 1 What is the status of my application sent by post and received too as per tracking report shows .The Compl No is given above please.

Q 2 When tracking report shows that the office have received it then why in website it states the opposite that office has not received yet .

Q 3 Why do not HRERA allows complaint to write it online as other courts allows like DFC HC and SC too 

Q 4 One compulsory criteria HRERA is asking a complaints to download the complaint in pdf and doc file with attachments too which is very difficult and unnecessary if you allow us to write it online as other courts do .Moreover CD is an outdated tool to get it from market and persons have to search 50 shops to get it even in Delhi .In rural it is impossible to get it .   So can HRERA opt an alternative way for hassle free transaction as writing it online or sending it to your official email 

Q 5 Do you have any system of acknowledging the complaint when complaint is received especially by post 

Q 6 If a complaint is lost in transaction what is option left before for a complaint to do . Do his or her money deposited for it is forfeited or with same money registration money one can file again Is there any time period to file it again
