Many CVOs/Vigilance Officers simply forward confidential nature of complaints made through different channels including PMO/PG Portal to HR/administration without application of mind. In certain cases, the said complaints reach the same person against whom the complaint is made and the complainant is subjected to harassment.
Please provide copies of all circulars/instructions issued to CVOs with regard to maintaining confidentiality of complainants and not to disclose their identities wherever specifically requested by them.
Even if available on website, provide soft copies of circulars/instructions or give numbers and dates of each circular/instruction.
