2. Details of the steps that have been taken as per the Vishakha Guidelines & the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
3. Details of the criminal cases filed under sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1987
4. Complete details of enquiry and investigation committee setup for solving the complaints/cases and the reports submitted by the committee thereafter. The actions taken /punishments given based on the conclusions of the enquiry committees to the convicts. (Complainant names need not be mentioned)
5. Service record of the employees who found guilty*
*The service record of the employee who found guilty in such cases may please be provided as per the Section .10(1) of the RTI Act to sever all those portions that are exempt from disclosure u/s 8(1) (j) of the Act as personal information.
6. Past five year’s annual reports submitted to the concerned Department/ Ministry/Competent Authority by the Complaints committee on sexual harassment.
