Cracks (internal and external) have started to develop in the newly constructed buildings as well as apartments of AVL36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana.
1. Even though the project is RERA registered, the builder is not responding to complaints/requests to rectify the defects (despite a lapse of over 30 days of making complaint). Action taken against the builder/RWA/AOA in this regard may be intimated. Please intimate rules with regard to redressal of grievances by builder including time frame (for acknowledging and redressing grievances/complaints).
2. It has been noticed from various news reports that timely corrective action could prevent further damage to buildings, however, authorities come into action only after things get worse and untoward incidents of ceiling collapses, etc. happen. Please intimate whether structural audit of the above society is conducted and buildings are safe & secure. Kindly provide copy of structural audit/structural certificate.
