1.Kindly intimate as to whether government/PSU employees can use CPGRAMS portal for redressal of their grievances pertaining to service matters and disciplinary proceedings, etc., especially when grievances are not redressed through ‘STAFF GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM’ or there is unsatisfactory response by Staff Grievance Officer.
2.Also intimate whether government/PSU employees can approach Department of Public Grievances Cabinet Secretariat in case their grievances remain unredressed even through CPGRAMS viz. in case of non-redressal of CPGRAMS grievances.
