ISSUE: Department of ECONOMICS , Central university of Allahabad( UTTAR PRADESH) has been forcibly charging association fee in the of cultural activities apart from the fee charged by the university as a whole. There has been not a single piece of information regarding total funds collected, expenditures made, savings if any and audit.

1) DETAILED AUDIT REPORT of all the funds collected, expenditure made under various activities, expenditure on prizes and certificates, savings made
2) NATURE OF MEMBERSHIP OF THE ASSOCIATION- voluntary or mandatory, if voluntary then number of students of the total enrolled who didn't opt for memebership
3) CRITERION REGARDING MINIMUM NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES TO BE ORGANISED IN EACH SESSION
4) FUNDS ASKED BY DEPT FROM THE UNIVERSITY FOR CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
5) METHOD AND CRITERION REGARDING DETERMINATION OF FEES OF ALL THE FIVE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATIONS
