1. Whether PSU employee can lodge complaint individually with Central Labour Commissioner under Industrial Disputes Act or Minimum Wages Act for stopping his/her "entire" pay and allowances.
2. Kindly provide relevant rules with regard to 1 above.
3. Please provide certified copies of rules governing contribution towards (1) provident fund; and (2) pension fund (EPS 1995) during the period when salary of the employee is stopped (and he is paid zero/NIL salary).
4. Also provide copies of instructions issued by Chief Labour Commissioner to central government departments prohibiting them to take coercive action against employees (both executives and non executives) during COVID-19 period.
