LLP, Chartered Accountants, 202-203, Deep Plaza, Near Civil Court, Gurugram, Haryana (FRN 006993N) has audited the accounts of AVL36GURGAON Apartment Owners Association, AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana for the year 2020-21 and submitted auditor's report.However, the said association has neither submitted receipts to majority of residents/owners in respect of maintenance amount charged and reserve fund nor paid tax/GST on such amount.
1. Please furnish documentary evidence/proof that this aspect was taken into consideration by the above chartered accountant before submitting it's report.
2. Also furnish documentary records obtained from "all residents of tower 13" that they have been provided receipts towards maintenance amount and reserve fund (2020-21) and are satisfied with the accounts/auditor's report.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
