Kindly refer news titled, "SC issues notice to Chintels India, asks how structure built recently collapsed" which makes a mention of the following:
"How come a structure which was built so recently came down collapsing like this. It is very serious issue."
In this regard, kindly furnish the following information:
1. Copies of records showing action taken on complaints made by residents of AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana to DTP/DC Gurugram during last 2 years regarding development of internal as well as external cracks in the recently built towers/buildings of AVL 36 (similar to that of Chintels Paradiso).
2. Please intimate details of inspections carried out, if any.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
