In this connection, kindly provide the following information under RTI Act, 2005 pertaining to the residential society mentioned hereunder:

1. Tenant verification forms, duly certified, for last 3 years.
2. Servant/House Help verification forms, duly certified, for last 3 years (including verification of car cleaners, contract workers, labourers, shop keepers within society premises).
If forms certified forms cannot be made available, provide list indicating names of tenants, apartment numbers, since when residing as tenant, owner details, tenant verification form number and date/validity.
Similar list may be made available in respect of Servants/House Helps, car cleaners, contract workers, labourers, shop keepers within society premises.
