"During the search, evidence has been found proving bogus booking of flats in the name of employees/relatives and unidentifiable persons, in the affordable housing scheme project of the group.
The company has allotted houses to the employees of the group members, whose un-encashed cheques have been found at the premises.
However, flats have been further sold to the actual buyer at a premium of Rs. 6 lakh to 10 lakh each.
The premiums have been received in cash and not accounted for in the books."
Furnish following information in this regard:
There are several benami properties in AVL 36 Affordable Housing Society, Sector 36A, Gurugram, Haryana involving bogus booking of flats in the name of employees/relatives of company and flats further sold to the actual buyer at a premium starting from of Rs. 5 lakh onwards.
1. Audited accounts of company of last 5 years.
2. List of draw of flats allotted originally.
3. List of draw of flats allotted after cancellation.
4. Books of accounts showing cash accounted for.
5. Action taken as per Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act.
6. Action taken against builder/developer for appointing it's employees on the apartment owners association which is against rules.
7. Action taken against builder/developer as per Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act.
8. Action taken against builder/developer for alloting flats to its employees/relatives.
