With reference to Assets filed by the Senior Marine Engineer, Bablu Sikdar, order No: AD/SRAS/RTI-150/2022/ 2385 dated 13.09.2022, Paradip Port Authority.
(1) Is he obtained prior permission from the Paradip Port Authority to purchase the immovable property Land deal in Sept. 2004 and Flat deal in 2011 as per the Conduct Rules, Government Servant. YES/NO.
(2) Is he provided the source of income to invest on the said property to the Paradip Port Authority. YES/NO
(3) Is he obtained the permission from his competent authority to construct the building third floor on 2nd story building in the period 2010 - 2011. within his legal source of income. YES/NO
(4) Is he obtained the permission from his competent authority to construct the farm house on the land deal 2004 within his legal source of income. YES/NO
(5) From Serial no 1 to 4 if the reply is in “NO” then what prevented him to obtain prior permission from his competent authority to acquire the properties by himself and his wife, within his legal source of income.
(6) From Serial no 1 to 4 if the reply is in “NO” then that itself is a misconduct. Then what prevented the Paradip Port Authority and CVC to act against him and direct the CBI to investigate the disproportionate assets.
