Government of India with a Gazette notification published on 27 August 2021 (CG-DL-E-27082021-229283) (https://egazette.nic.in/WriteReadData/2021/229283.pdf) allowed private and public sector employees to get a BH number plate. The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, rule 47, sub-rule, clause (ca) states that for a private sector employee to get a BH series number plate one has to furnish working certificate (form 60) which establishes that the company in which the individual is employed is present in at least 4 states of the country.
1. Provide the information on,Is there a requirement of GST certificate of the private company to be furnished in addition to the working certificate while requesting the BH series number plate, or the working certificate is enough in itself.
