Please furnish with the relevant file noting’s along with correspondences made and received as to why 10 years experience was made a condition of eligibility in The Guwahati Building Construction (Regulation) (Amendment) Bye Laws, 2020, on 05-05-2020, when model Byelaw 2016 prepared by MoUD,,Govt. of India, based on which these current amendments were proposed, specially provided that in case of empanelled competent professionals for processing such instant permissions are required to have experience of at least 5 years.
