1. Please furnish list/records showing in and out entry in respect of labourers (including carpenters etc.) carrying out repair/renovation work in apartment number 13/603, AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana from 01.05.2022 till date.
It is understood that labourers are being allowed to stay overnight in apartment number 13/603 without verifying their credentials which may pose threat to other residents as there have been incidents of theft in the past.
Also they start carrying out work from 7 am in the morning till 9 pm which is against bye-laws of the society.
As per residents, these labourers are employed by RWA office bearers/officers of builder company and hence there are no checks.
2. Furnish verification records of all such labourers.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
