Note : Above mentioned Representation/Complaint/Email/Public Grievance was related to request to file review or appeal before CSERC/APTEL against false and misleading information submitted by Officer of M/s Chhattisgarh State Power Generation/Distribution Company Ltd before Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission Raipur in Petition No 31 of 2018 order dated 07 July 2018 in the matter of Power Purchase Agreement signed by Telangana State Power Distribution Companies with M/s Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd.
