I would to request the Defense Ministry to provide the details of the total cost spent on flying Private Individual Balamurugam (Brother of Deputy CM of Tamil Nadu Mr. O Panneerselvam) from Madurai to Chennai. 

Also please provide if these expenses was paid by the individual or spent from the taxpayers money. If the individual did not pay the amount, Please provide the details of actions that government took or is undertaking to recover the amount from the individual.
