Mr. ANIL KUMAR (SIHAG) who is presently posted as Field Inspector, HAFED, Govt of Haryana in Hisar district (Uklana) having charge of multiple grain storage Godowns.
He is having history of suspected corrupt service behavior in official capacity when he was posted to Yamunanagar district where he got arrested and suspended from service by HAFED department, Govt of Haryana.
It may be informed that:
1. The pending case of corruption in which the above named employee had been once suspended and also remained in judicial custody is either disposed off or not.
2. What were outcomes of internal departmental enquiry if any initiated by HAFED department regarding the case.
3. If case against Anil Kumar Field Inspector is still pending in court or has put question mark on integrity, how a person having suspected ethical values in respect of financial corruption can be reappointed to such post again.
4. Any clarification on above matter in respect of appointment and any corrective measures taken against defaulter?
