1)Please furnish records showing action taken on complaints against AVL36Gurgaon Apartment Owners Association (AVL 36 Society, Sector 36, Gurugram, Haryana) with regard to misappropriation of funds by the AOA/builder pending with DC Gurugram/Vigilance.
2)Also provide complaints of violation in OC, change in layout plans, and non-allotment of 2-wheeler parking as per affordable housing policy.
NOTE:- I am enclosing self attested Xerox copy of Voter ID card as a proof of my Indian Citizenship. The address that is appearing on my voter ID card is my residential address, I am filing the RTI request from my office address.
