Manipal Hospitals Dwarka New Delhi has fixed OPD timings (8 to 10 AM and 2 to 4 PM) for CGHS beneficiaries which not only causes inconvenience to the beneficiaries (including pensioners) but also there is huge rush at billing counter as well as OPD doctors during the present time of COVID-19 pandemic, which can be avoided.
Kindly provide following information:
1. Whether any instructions have been issued by CGHS to Manipal Hospitals Dwarka New Delhi to fix timings for CGHS beneficiaries. Provide copy.
2. Whether any instructions have been issued by CGHS to Manipal Hospitals Dwarka New Delhi to allow CGHS beneficiaries at all time without any restrictions (just as other citizens). Provide copy.
3. Since CGHS beneficiaries avail cashless facility, unnecessary rush is created at billing counters just to obtain slip. Please intimate action taken by CGHS to remove this hurdle. Slip can be generated online after making online payment, wherever required, and no such step should be there for availing cashless facility.
4. Whether instructions have been issued by CGHS Manipal Hospitals Dwarka New Delhi to accept payment through online mode (just as they are accepting doctor's consultation charges). Provide copy.
5. Provide copies of all instructions/circulars/orders issued by CGHS to Manipal Hospitals Dwarka New Delhi during last three years. Also provide list of all such instructions/circulars/orders indicating file number, date, subject, etc.
