Consider the govt. Degree college faculty with PhD joined in feb/mar 2012 and 1.1.2013 and who completed CAS from 6000(Lecturer/Assistant professor) AGP to 7000(Lecturer senior grade/Assistant professor (Senior grade) AGP as per 6th pay revision feb/mar 2016 and 1.1.2017 respectively.
Please provide the following information under RTI act 2005.
1. a) Did the all the faculty have same basic pay on 01.07.2017 who competed CAS from 6000(Lecturer/Assistant professor) AGP to 7000(Lecturer senior grade/Assistant professor (Senior grade) AGP as per 6th pay revision in feb/mar 2016.
b) if no, please provide the implementation guidelines. And provide the maximum of basic pay among the people in question 1(a).
c) if yes, please provide the basic pay of people in the question 1(a).
2. a) Did the all the faculty have same basic pay on 01.07.2017 who competed CAS from 6000(Lecturer/Assistant professor) AGP to 7000(Lecturer senior grade/Assistant professor (Senior grade) AGP as per 6th pay revision on 01.01.2017.
b) if no, please provide the implementation guidelines. And provide the maximum of basic pay among the people in question 2(a).
c) if yes, please provide the basic pay of people in the question 2(a).
3. a) Is there any natural justice between question 1 and question 2 peoples w.r.t basic pay on 01.07.2017.
b) please provide the guidelines which neglect the natural justice between question 1 people and question 2 people w.r.t basic pay on 01.07.2017.
